Have you ever wondered if you are somehow missing God’s calling and purpose for your life?
Or somehow….
Fearful that you are not living a fulfilling or a fruitful life?
Have you ever had sleepless nights thinking there are so much to do in life and yet so little time?
Maybe you ever have the thought that God has destined you to a life of greatness, but you feel that you are kind of far from that as your life is mediocre at best right now.
Let alone a life of greatness, you are struggling to balance life because the burden of having to provide for the family and achieve that financial stability always chase you mercilessly every waking moment.
You are feeling frustrated and trapped because on one hand, you want to do great things in this life and something that really matters with your time, yet….
On the other hand, most of your time is consumed by the rat race of life…. A race that you know you can’t win.
You have to trade your time for money in a job that you dislike and the thought of that at times makes you have this sick feeling in the pit of your stomach.
You instinctively know that if only you can solve this dilemma between the choices of chasing after your life’s purpose or chasing after financial freedom and time freedom, all your problems would somehow disappear.
What if I tell you that you don’t have to choose between either of the two options? That it is very possible for you to have both the freedom and the life purpose?
You see…. In the end everything boils down to the day-to-day decisions of what you do with your time. These purposeful decisions are what will eventually end up becoming your life habits. These habits could work in your favor or work against you. Therefore, knowing the right set of habits matter! If you know how to be effective with how you use your time, that financial and time freedom are within your grasp.
You can start living that life of purpose at the same time, living your life everyday feeling fulfilled because you know you are doing the things He had planned for you. Knowing that you are at the center of His will…
The fact is… this was exactly how I was feeling in the past.
I knew there had to be more to life than just this. Than just working and making money, maybe enjoying the little pleasure that we can have throughout the journey.
I felt frustrated that I could have done so much for the Kingdom of God, but yet I was restricted by the time and financial limitations. Even though I had more than enough financially, the pursuit of money seems to be an endless journey for me…
I wasn’t feeling fulfilled in life. In fact, the opposite was true. I was feeling stagnant and that my life was monotonous.
When I read the Bible about all these exciting adventures that people had with God, I had this glimmer of hope of what God could have done with my life.
I desperately what that breakthrough…
I looked around me and I noticed that many Christians are in the same situation as what I was facing. I remember thinking to myself, “Most believers are just going through the motion of religion and of life!”
There was this holy discontent within me to make things right. Anyway, God has created a life of greatness within each of us. He has given each of us at least one talent and He wants us to use that talent to benefit His work and His Kingdom purpose.
To be more precise, He expects us to do that as there will be a day when we will each have to stand before Him to give accountability of our life.
That was when the idea of writing this book was birthed within me!
As if hit by lightning, the moment of epiphany that if God has wanted us to have a life of purpose and significance, then He would have given us a clear instructions in His Word how to do so! He wouldn’t leave us clueless if this is the primary thing He wants us to do with our life.
I began to search the Scriptures, read hundreds of Christian books on various related topics to effective Christian living, listen to hundreds of hours of sermons online, and do my research on this topic relentlessly that lead me to the 7 Breakthrough Habits framework.
I discovered through my extensive research that all mighty men and women of God who have been powerfully used by God would employ at least one of the seven habits outlined in this framework.
I excitedly began to practice these habits and I began to notice breakthroughs after breakthroughs in my life in the personal, relationship and the spiritual areas!
